When CBN was CM, he made officers work effetively even during weekends.
I have some friends who came from APSEB,Civil enigineers background and working in US as sofyware engineers, vaallu cheputhaaru week end, week day ledhu, night ledhu pagalu ledhu alaa pani cheinchevaadu CBN ni.

That is the reason why most govt employees wont want to vote CBN.

Particular govt and parties ani antaledu annai.. overall ga chepthunna.

Okavela CBN ki votes padakapovataniki meeru cheppina reason ayithe.. may be CBN should have taken more subtle approach of getting employees to work instead of cracking down on employees.

Implemenatation will only e fruitful when every body in the line takes responsiblity and accountability

Depends.

Lets take Law&Order. If everyone is so responsible, why do we need police? Human tendency antene langesham eyyaali. 50 speed limit deggara 80.. may be someone is in a hurry or want to show his/her car's muscle.. We can never be ideal.

Before the common man show his accountability, we need the accountable officers/governing body. It has to come from the top.

We need water. Kaalva thovvaneeki vandala kotlu manjooru aitunnai.. neellu pakkana pettu, akkada kaalva ne ledu.. inga common man em chestadu.. asalu common man ki vaadi area lo oka kaalva manjooru ainattu koodaa telvadi..

The problem with YSR's policies is he is spending money on populistic schemes that are not productive for economic development. If this trend continues, the economic development will not trickle down to villages.

My cousin and his team visited several schools, villages in AP to understand the problems and local resources available to develop a plan for developing villages and for adoption.

But the ground reality is dis-heartening. No body is really bothered to address these problems. What government is doing is implementing some populistic schemes that do not bring any change in the villages.

Watch this video that contains a case study of a village in Telangana. You can understand all kinds of problems in this village in spite of claims by government that it is doing a lot. I blame all political parties for this.

This study of this village was sponsored by my cousin. They visited lots of other villages in AP and the situation is same or worse.
