seles won against graf in the french twice and australian once before 1993...my question is how many slams did she win against graf and against other players...and i am not counting the other small tournaments during that time which graf won...if's and but's dont count brother..you are not even looking at the injuries that tennis players fall prey to... look at what everybody said nadal after australian open and how he would dominate this year and where is he now | ||

idhendhi mama....wat about seles winnin every slam except wimbledon??? Why steffi couldnt win those at that time but started winning them again after seles was stabbed....dont u see any relation??? B4 she was stabbed in some four five finals she lost to graf only once in wimbledon....dats dominance...she was winnin all slams except wimbledon..if she has maintained that for 3 more years graf chapter would have ended....but she was stabbed and after that graf went on winning spree again and graf publicly declared there isnt much competition in female tennis..... | ||

..seles was chasing steffi for whole 3 years....why do u think that guy stabbed her???....and while seles was around graf hasnt won anything except wimbledon...its like the same cycle when graf debuted n was chasing martina and martina was only able to win a wimbledon once in a while...Seles was dethroning steffi....and steffi was daamn lucky that monica was stopped and then she emjoyed a free run in slams till late 90s.... | ||

i wouldn/t agree with this statement..if you comapre the matches played between seles and steffi before stefi was stabbed they were nearly equal in terms of win-loss ...yes seles did win a number of grandslams that time but all of her success was not on graf but against other players ...from 1990-93 they were tied at 2-2 in the grand slam finals...steffi lost to other players than seles and also she missed a couple of grand slams...would she have won have less slams if monica seles was playing at that time ...may be or may not be | ||

serena wins ...these williams sisters are mentally very strong and have always won even after being a set down...this is the 3rd or 4th time in the last 2 yrs i have seen derens perform like this in the 2nd week of grand slams and coming to steffi yeah the backhand was good too...its sad that such players don't come anymore...she is always my favorite | ||
