Man very nice peom on crayons. Its like the most forwarded mails nowadays ...
We can indeed learn a lot frm dem crayons

Here is a poem written by a teenager struggling with cancer ...

Have you ever watched kids
On a merry-go-round?
Or listened to the rain
Slapping on the ground?

Ever followed a butterfly's erratic flight?
Or gazed at the sun into the fading night?
You better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.

Time is short.
The music won't last.
Do you run through each day
On the fly?

When you ask How are you?
Do you hear the reply?
When the day is done
Do you lie in your bed
With the next hundred chores
Running through your head?

You'd better slow down
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.

Ever told your child,
We'll do it tomorrow?
And in your haste,
Not see his sorrow?

Ever lost touch,
Let a good friendship die
Cause you never had time
To call and say,'Hi'

You'd better slow down.
Don't dance so fast.
Time is short.
The music won't last.

When you run so fast to get somewhere
You miss half the fun of getting there.
When you worry and hurry through your day,
It is like an unopened gift....
Thrown away.

Life is not a race.
Do take it slower
Hear the music
Before the song is over.

THE CRAYON BOX THAT TALKED
By Shane DeRolf
While walking into a toy store
The day before today
I overheard a crayon box
With many things to say
“I don’t like Red!” said Yellow
And Green said “Nor do I”
“And no one here likes Orange
But no one knows just why”
“We are a box of crayons
that doesn’t get along
Said Blue to all the others
“Something here is wrong”
Well, I bought that box of crayons
And took it home with me
And laid out all the colors
So the crayons all could see…
They watched me as I colored
With Red and Blue and Green
And Black and White and Orange
And every color in between
They watched as Green became the grass
And Blue became the sky
The Yellow sun was shining bright
On White clouds drifting by
Colors changing as they touched
Becoming something new
They watched me as I colored
They watched me till I was through
And when I finally finished
I began to walk away
And as I did the crayon box
Had something more to say
“I do like Red!” said Yellow
And Green said, “so do I”
And Blue you were terrific!
So high up in the sky
“We are a box of crayons.
Each one of us unique
But when we get together
The picture is more complete”

We could learn a lot from crayons:
some are sharp, some are pretty,
some are dull, some have weird names,
and all are different colors....but
they all exist very nicely in the same box.

 అందమయిన జీవితము. అందమయిన ప్రపంచం. కొత్త బంగారు లొకము మాకు కావాలి సొంతము.
