It will be a good idea provided that the class till 10th are taught the way they should be. They are trying to build a skyscraper without proper foundation. Any changes in the high school level require a overhaul of the classes preceding it to support it. Make sure that you maintain a count on how many times you oppose PRP and TDP and Cong.
