last winter, in the middle of the night, sudden ga tuk tuk tuk...sounds vacchevi. maintenance ni pili piste they couldnt figure it out.they assumed that it could be neighbours. but i was pretty sure it wasn't them.besides it was hard for me to explain to them coz when this happens the apt office is closed Next time, when i happened, i recorded the sound using a digital recorder and gave it to the management.appudu ardham ayyindhi valiki. tarvate they found out that it is coming from the water pipes. ippudu summer lo no such issues | ||

funny as a proof buy a digital voice recorder and record the sound.next time when you have to complain to the apt management just play the recorded sound to them. IMO, apt management is unable to decide whose fault it is coz they arent' there when this happens. believe me this will work | ||

We stay in apartment which is wooden floor. We stay in downstairs. its a four unit apartment two flats below and two flats on first floor. Naa 2 yr old kid is kind of active (i call her as hyperactive for her age) sometimes runs on the floor. naa kid parigethinappudalla we try to calm her down and say not to run and also we make sure she wears the foam shoes which we bought. But okokkasaari she dont want to wear and ofcourse when we say not to run she walks slowly. Apart from this my kid is calm and no other issues. Problem enti ante, naa pai floor lo vunde vaadu, Apartment management ki complaint ichaadu, that my kid is making hell lot of noise and he is unable to sleep properly ani. Management vaadu letter pampinchaadu this is violation of Lease terms and you should consider your neighbours ani. Nenu migatha flats vaallatho maatlaadithe they are fine with my kid and they also said that my kid is not making any kind of noise which they are very disturbed. Nenu management vaadiki malli written complanit ichaanu naa pai floor lo vunde vaadi meeda. Its not fair to send a letter like this without proper enquiry and confirmation from other tenants ani. Also gave a written compalint on that guy saying he is scaring our kids by just banging the floor and also slams the doors whenever he see our kids (this is actually true). Next time ila chesthe i will call the cops ani raasi maree ichaanu. Vaadiki management vaallu letter pampinchaaro ledo teleedu. But from past one week, whenever my kid runs for 1 sec or 2 sec he is banging the floor. I understand poeple gets disturbed if kid runs on the wooden floor. What my kid is doing is not intentional and she is just 2 yrs old. but banging the floor everytime whenever my kid makes some noise is what im totally concerned about. If my kid makes noise continuosly for 5 mins or for that matter for 1 min, i will accept that its my mistake. but 2 sec 3 secs ki kuda vaadu floor ni bang chesthunte irritation ekkuva ayyipothondi. aa irritation lo okkokkasaari naa kid meeda arusthunnamu. and also slapping. i know this is not good behaviour towards kids, but vaadi meeda kopam naa kid meeda chupisthunnamu. vere flat maaruddamu anukunte, nenu ikkadiki vochi oka 3 months avuthondi. Also lease agreement 1 yr. Ippudu maarithe naa flat loki evaranna voche varaku nene rent pay cheyyali. Ofcourse im considering that option as well. Is it a good idea to call the cops and explain the situation? Or is there any other option where i can control that guy?
