okko sugar packet lo 15 to 20 calories vuntayi. Same for one tea spoon sugar. So, lekka vesukondi. You can try two things - reduce coffee intake or learn to use less packets of sugar. That will be a graudal thing to do b'coz if u r used to too much sugar now, you will have to go down to 5 packets first and then to 4 and then to 3.

Some people say fat free is a bad idea. But most nutritionists say switch to fat free if you are trying to lose weight or trying to lower cholesterol.

You will need to be on 2% or 1% for a while and then move to fat free. raatriki raatri maariste chala kashtam ga anipistundi.

Once you get used to fat free all other kinds of milk will feel thick as oil :-)

paalu fat free vaadi, migatha time lo janthikalu, chakkilaalu, pizza lu tinte waste. So, may be there is somewhere else you can lower the fat intake and stick to 2% some more time. Try that.

The percent refers to the percent milkfat. So 2% milk is two percent milk fat and 1 percent milk is 1 percent milkfat. So there's a difference of 1 percent milkfat between the two. That might not sound like a huge difference, but it really is. Consuming 3 cups of 2% milk a day to get your RDA of calcium will mean you've already consumed 50% of your recommended saturated fat!
