I think it would be better to wait and guage the situation. Right now chances are very bleak for getting a transfer or new h1 approved. I know its easier said than done. My advice would be to wait till next year..in the mean time, try to get into a mnc, they might send you on L1. old id - balapam | ||

Guys...Please let me know if its ok to do a h1 transfer to a decent company for 4000 bucks in these times....what r the chances of the transfers getting approved...Also let me know abt filing new h1b success probability... I heard many cognizant h1b transfers were rejected like anything..... Im confused...pls gimme ur valuable suggessions... |
