According to Assistant Commissioner of Police Dilip Suryavanshi, "There was no consent in the sex" as Ahuja's cook, Mohan, and one of his neighbors also said they found the girl crying and looking distressed when she left the actor's house, the police chief added. "It was forceful. Shiney threatened her that if she shouts, he will beat her up. He has admitted his guilt," Suryavanshi said. "A medical examination of the maid has revealed that she may have been forced into having vaginal intercourse as there are injury marks on her private parts. A doctor also said there was a tear in her hymen, indicating fresh intercourse," the police chief said. Suryavanshi also said the clothes of the rape victim and Ahuja have been seized by the police and sent to Kalina Forensic Science Laboratory for tests and if the results come out as positive, Ahuja could face a minimum jail term of seven years. | ||

Why do people always think the woman is claiming it as rape. It's hard for me to believe an 18 year old would have consensual thing with this dude and then claim it as rape.
