I want soderling to win. I was always rooting for Federer but I wouldn't have been unhappy if Soderling won French open. frankly I didn't expect french open finals to be over in 3 sets. |

lets c how he is going to approach his next slams --- exactly....French he has to adapt..... US and wimbledon righty fit into his natural game..... i think.... coming to soderling coming to french finals.... roland garros has always been this stage for surprises..... Henman...Sf enti vinthaga..... i dont think other surfaces......throw so much for guys like soderling... BTW..soderling is grass court player (If i can still say that now).....and i think he will do well this time... "Any one who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new" - Einstein |

Chiru_fan:two contrasting, yet true statements...yedi jaruguthundoo vechi choodaali....
mama keeping the hunger aside...fedex turns 28 in aug....and his game is more about movement n foot work n gets too much physical sometimes....same age lo sampras had to struggle a lott to won slams...it took him some major adjustments to his game and relying on short points than long rallies to secure more slams....its not easy to compete with frsh legs like murrays n nadals from baseline for fedex...experts say as long as makes adjustments to his game its going to be tough for him....he won french cause he adapted .... lets c how he is going to approach his next slams |

Elca mama, I heard an interesting comment about KING's future (game) from one of my friend...he said that by winning French, Roger has achieved kind of everything (14 slams + win in all slams) and what would be MOTIVATIONAL factor for him going forward? till now, there were two, one is to tie Sampras record and another is to win RG and he shot both birds with one WIN... another comment that Film_Fan mama mentioned was the other side of coin...Fed would be free from stress/pressure and he might raise his game to next level for Wimbledon and US open... two contrasting, yet true statements...yedi jaruguthundoo vechi choodaali.... CHIRU - SACHIN - FEDERER |

i wont be too concerned for federer against murray in a grandslam. Murray still needs to beat him in a slam. Also, federer is back on form and his confidence must be very high after the slugfest in french open. I am still rooting for the king. |

If Nadal plays then Murray has to face fedex in semis....he has an awesome track record against fedex....he is full of confidence....for the first time fedex commented on someones game in a bad taste after his successive losses against murray...Murray has mental edge on fedex as of now....no doubts |
