i wish it was idea mama manaki antha original thought ledu i was doing a sw project for a guy who was doing this single guy, he has 5000 restaurants in his group, that too he automated the whole process, now the restaurants themselves go to him to join and the suppliers wait outside his office to negoatiate the terms he is making atleast a million a month and iam not kidding you i always felt this idea can definitely work in india when you say you will get any restaurant's spending down why wont they not join you and any supplier you say you will buy bulk why wont they not sell it for less simple bloody idea | ||

pulp mam here's an idea for india US lo purchasing groups ani unnaai what they do is contact each and every independent restaurant in a given area all these restaurants have minimum amount of buying every month for their maintenance needs like glasses, coke, soda, plates , cooking materials and stuff like that it could range anywhere btw 25 to 30k even more what a purchasing group does is they will take all the needs of one restuarant and find out houw much they are spending then they will go directly to the supplier and negotiate a price saying they will buy for 100 restaurants , the supplier will always end up giving a 10 to 15% discount since it saves him a lot of money as well the group passes on 10% savings to the restaurants in the group and keep 5% it's a large sum of money and you are only investing yourself into this by doing a lot of legwork and research this has not caught on india much, but you can make a killing irrespective of it | ||
