attla etla cheppagalugutham bhayya? depends on what foods. kakapothe desi foods lo fat is not good fat. That I can tell for sure. good fat is flax oiil,fishoil,canola oil,olive oil,nuts,canola mayo to name a few plus main gaa desi foods lo carbs ekuuva and fats ekkuva. which is very bad |

40-45 gms of protien is good per day kada. I am not doing intense work out. Just walking or lite jogging until I sweat. 3 days a week. Indian or andhra food lo decent nutrition value ledhu. Ippudu tintunna danikante penchithe I feel full and my pants tight. I am about 32 inch waist. Dont want more than that. Just want to have lean muscle. Thas all. |

Sare ayithe! 40 minutes walking every other day. Slow gaa intensive gaa penchalani. Diet lo protein penchanu. Breakfast: 1/2 cup Organic oats with banana, and 1/2cup(15gms)jay robb whey protien shake with mixed berries and carrots. Lunch: 3 egg whites with mixed veggies in whole wheat rotis wrap every day except weekends. Snack: Clif protien bar or energy bar Dinner: After gym Dal cooked with Spinach or some veg with Srilankan 1/2 cup red rice. 5 days pichaga ee schedule follow avutha except weekends. Protien penchithe kidneys problem ani chadivaa... I drink about 3 liters of water. Do you think anything should be changed? |
