Chiranjeevi's friend collapsed in TV9 interview because of dieting.

So loosing weight by dieting alone is not beneficial to your body.

You should have a combination of exercise and eating good food.

Increase your body metabolism by doing cardiovascular exercises like jogging, aerobics, and yoga is good too!

Exercise and food makes you strong and you will get good physique.

Also, Weight anedhi gradual gaa lose kaavali. sudden gaa lose ayina weight, will be regained easily

exerciese ante peddaga emi cheyyanu...except treadmillfor 45 to 50 mins..an d abs..

maintain cheyagalugutunnaru kaani taggatledu ..180 lo wait chusukovalini aasa...

losing first 5 lbs is the most easy part.....it is called water weight....

Ippude weight check chesukunna. I am down to 177.5 from 182.5 since May 17th.

Secrets of my weight loss
1. Only one meal(lunch) per day. rest of the day just a little bit of snacks.
2. had beer only 3 times in two weeks, rest of the days Whiskey on the rocks.
