Daniki antu pedda taste undadu - its bland like rice - anduke you have to eat it with curry/sambhar...you cannot really chew it since its a paste - chinna muddalu chesukoni koora lo dip chesi tintaru :-)

When kids were babies I used to feed them ragi java - instead of cerelac etc :-)

I can tell you the procedure used in my inlaws place... Nenu cheyyatam takkuva :-)

For 1 cup flour , boil 2 cups of water - when it comes to a boil - add a little salt , a spoon of ghee/oil and pour in the flour stirring continuously till it solidifies...Attamma konchem cooked rice kuda kaluputaru to give texture- that is optional. Ragi mudda with chicken/mutton korma popular :-)

Tasty version of oatmeal that I ate thru pregnancy -

Cook instant oatmeal with milk in microwave - I add enough milk to get it to payasam consistency. Add a spoon of badam mix.

I made the badam mix at home by grinding almonds, elaichi, saffron and a little sugar together...

All good stuff except for the sugar - you can use honey or sweetener if you like.

Oats tinaleka pothe...try making Upma with it....manchiga nuts,mirapakayalu,onions and other ingredients tho Upma ga try sesi soodandi..

P.S - idhi nenu eppudu try seyyaledhu...but try sesi soodandi..my guess it would be good instead of eating votes in milk anukuntunna.

Nenu light gaa milk sprinkle chesukoni tinta... just to soften them a little.

1. Anand garu evo catabolic foods antunnaru- Theres nothing like catabolic foods- apple 90 cal, but burn avataniki 150 cal ani edo rasaru.

This is pure bull and not even a grain of truth behind it, But all the foods listed are definitely good and packed with lot of nutrients

you cannot target one particular area and get results...
