Sunny: Transfer to new company is same as applying a new H1 with the same company as of now, as the quota is not full and you dont have to bother about counting the petition towards CAP or non-CAP. So, neeku transfer chestaa anna company ni new petition laagaa apply seyyamanu.. all set matter.. In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

transfer out of country avvadu mostly..u can file for a new h1..u will not be counted against CAP. | ||

Currently in India, with I 797 valid until July 2010. Exited from US in march '09. Status: Visa expired Extention of Petition: Valid until July 2010 but needs Stamping Current Employer: Indian IT Company (Not in near future of sending Onsite) H1B Transfer meeku telisina valla evaranna vunnara........I heard its like applying for new H1B but thru Non-CAP.
