I second u Sky. The cause of prices falling was world economy... not Congress state government/TRS/Telangana issue. Even it goes up it cannot sustain and will eventually down. | ||

Prices came down because of the economic scenario and not political scenario.I don't believe they will increase as people don't have enough cash to rotate and banks have tightened loans 10k post : why do u want to do pmp? | ||

nobody in hyderabad or india is even daring to think realestate...........only direction it can go is south period. This elections or its results change nothing. I will stick to my parties,leaders and affiliations. You can keep the CHANGE . | ||

My opinion: Real estate agents might try to put up a bold face and try to hike the prices. But if the economy doesn't turn around in next 2 quarters... prices might head south again. Use caution if you are trying to buy right now. Perception is immune to Intellectual Correction ... |
