Please do not buy into this crap of buyers market, housing affordability...The banks are foreclosing more and more houses. The housing market has a long way to go down before it stabilizes. You can see another 10%-15% decline this year I have been reading the following articles and blogs since 2004 and I never regretted renting even though the entire family and friends were pushing me into buying a house.I am still a proud renter and waiting for things to stabilize(I have the money to buy though) My intention is not to scare you/any one or predicting doom. Please be informed what is going on around the world rather than being forced to buy because of friends and family pressure. The best has been Housing panic blog. This guy has been right on the target.
