In the Employment Gaurentee scheme people are rendering some services in the form of labour for the money they are receive but here(CTS) they are getting money absolutely free and they are not providing any services in return for the money they are receiving. For any positive/healthy transaction there should be some exchange of goods/services in some form or the other(barter system)... | ||
