annai, insurance vallademi poundhi.. malli mana premium penchuthar kadha ring adem ledanta as ticket was not issued it won't hike my premium ani clear ga seppadu ..nenu adiga wadu memu katala ante i said u need to advice me how can i knw ani he said better we pay ani then i asked wheter this will effect me he said no it wont then i said to proceed... clear ga anni rasukunna ... kkd no wadu sue cheyadanta he said he will pay ... i asked what should i do next he said nothing ...they will call that agency and settel the issue ..here the persons insurence comany claimed the amount | ||

Hi anna ..same ilaanti case maa friend ki ayyindhi .. he did not sue and the other white guy did ... -The insurance took care of it .. so i dont think u will have any problem ... and manaki enduku le godava ani matram .,...miru 500 $ ee kada ani pay cheyamaakadi .. u will be a looser .. he might come back after 2-3 months and say that because of that accident only ani reason chepataaniki vuntadhi ...it will go on ... Well......not much of a role you can play.... 1. your insurance guy should call up the guy and get to know what are the reasons for him to Sue you. Your prima focus of point is to know the reaason why you have been sued so? 2. Above point nunchi.......you will get a direction. Guruji, i think that other party's insurance would have suggested to Sue .... As long as police report doesnt have you at fault...you are safe..maa collegue similar case...not major but other party typical thellodu Sue chesad....and his insurance is fighting the legal case for my collegue...... | ||

Ravi, talk to your insurance right away. Any accident "at whose" fault anna clause medha nadusthundhi.... If you disagree to pay his deductible or neither he is agreeing for it....
