redplanet darling enjoy my reviews just for u Generally I was told in India most of restaurants use same over used cooking oil …. They re-use that oil to save bucks Similarly in Telugu film industry in recent times most of them are re-filtering old stories with variation in screenplay. I simply wonder why don’t they use their best efforts in bring out different or fresh stories. King sort of story was seen many times from ages. Because of Nagarjuna I have rushed to see this film by buying ticket in black. As it was houseful. HERO: nice only. He did his part by entrusting srinu vaitla with his record of dhee & ready. Poor Nagarjuna. I think it happens with every hero NOTE : please blame kona venkat also , I Don’t know for what films he wrote in the past. But I believe he associates with ramgopal verma films. I cant believe he made a balls story like KING ACTRESS: trisha was cute & was lovable as same as in athadu. Mamta was like vamp due to her negative role SONGS: nothing was impressive. Except one song which was shot on beach with semi-mct blue. This was was impressive. Very naturally shot bg score : starting first half in few scenes music rocked. It was really peppy. But it was like balls esp in second half. I really like the background score in few scenes in the first half ACTION : so so , due to the background score action scenes look big & loud with out much reality STORY: nothing great , but it could have been told in very interesting manner but director simply relied on his formula of dhee & ready. SCENES : nothing great. But one scene where nagarjuna is shot by mamta Mohandas @ grave yard. This scene is little bit like Hollywood style (background score. Location, lens + the bullet sequence (WANTED style) DIRECTION : I think sinu viatla is good for humour & some sort of entertainment. But for a story like KING he simply mish mashed suspense with comedy & entertainment Its like mixing dhee + ready + (ANY THIRLLER FILM) imagine u want to make a thriller film how can u make comedy with silly screenplay ? esp logic is missing FIRST HALF : ok SECOND HALF : like balls & lots of flaws in the story & scenes , it was boring , logic is missing CLIMAX : balls like with some spooky stuff ( I heard its chandramuki sort , anyway I have not seen chandramuki & don’t like such sort of spooky films.) COMEDY: nothing great. Its an extension of dhee & ready. but brahmamandam & trisha comedy is good CROWD: Housefull NOTE: srinu vaitla just because dhee & ready as super hits. U can’t use same pattern to every story. For a story like King u need to deal it in a serious manner with perfection but instead u made it as if its dhee & ready DB FOLKS : don’t blame nagarjuna for king. Please blame srinu vaitla & kona venkat for creating a balls story like KING … I think this is a junk film esp second half after he made some labour sort of film with chirnajeevi in the past. TORTURE TO BALLS Note : chintakalya ravi was pleasant to watch esp with usa backdrop. WATCH It for nagarjuna & brahmandam & trisha comedy & for first half esp comedy ============================================================ ================== 3 things made me to watch this film : krishna vamshi. tarun & ofcourse Genelia GENERALLY AT ANY FILM U WILL SEE MODERATE FEMALE CROWD. BUT For this film lot of female crowds.... Smile i one male dog among so many female dog , their essense in the theatre was like Air con 90% full @ PVR HERO: Tarun as smart as always. Acting & looks perfect as per the role. TARUN is far better than few motionless telugu actors. ACTRESS: Cute as ever , Perfect job as per her role SONGS: average BUT THIS SONG IS VERY SPECIAL & NICE song is like a doll & a dream TOTALLY SHOT INSIDE A Departmental store " elaa Entha sepdu ninu choosina " Nice music for this song STORY: simple story with no much drama or conflict. Perhaps Shashireka prayanam has those moments in scenes which are more interesting than the story . SO ITS THOSE MOMENTS IN THE SCENES THAT MAY BE INTRESTING THAN THE STORY ITSELF SCENES : most of the scenes are nice according to the story of the film . But few scenes are NICE esp tarun & genelia scenes. ONE SCENE : hair raising & balls raising (IT BOUGHT KRISHNA VAMSHI Trademark) When the truck drivers wanna rape genelia. THIS SCENE IS very nice end of the scene Genelia & tarun quarrel..... ITS NICE REALLY NICE DIRECTION : very natural direction, BUT KRISHNA VAMSHI DID NOT SHOW HIS REAL JUICE or his real trademark. I think he really wanted to take the film in the essense of Teluguness.....THAT COULD BE ONE REASON he did not inject much force in the direction and let it very natural . ALSO this story has no scope for HEAVY METAL DIRECTION....... SO DIRECTION IS JUST PERFECT as shashireka prayanam. GOOD JOB krishna vamsi •••••• ARE ALWAYS TALENTED FIRST HALF : starting is boring (i did not liked it ) but film became interesting after genelia & tarun meet .... SECOND HALF : little slow & boring but few scenes are nice only Climax not great not bad. But movies ends with a song. NOTE: its not that bad or that boring torture film. IT CAN BE WATCHED DEFENITELY FOR ONCE.... Its nice only to watch it once. But however if u can ignore the second half which is slow & boring here & there. THEN U WILL ENJOY THE FILM IN THE essense of Teluguness & Telugu . FIRST HALF Is nice only DB FOLKS : U CAN REALLY ENJOY THE FILM as shashireka prayanam itself. DONT COMPARE OR THINK ABOUT KRISHNA VAMSI PAST FIlMS. i think krishna vamsi did a perfect job to preserve the essense of teluguness & telugu feel. U CAN 100% WATCH IT for once. U WONT LOOSE ANYTHING OR GAIN ANYTHING a simple neat film. U CAN ENJOY FEW MOMENTS in few scenes THAN THE STORY. Also thanks to shashireka prayanam i was able to see the rural atmosphere of Telugu villages. |
