this was all preplanned . 1) the institutiona linvestors asked raju to arrange a boaed of directors meeting on jan 10 . the meeting was requested by them to only decide about the money 7100 crores reserve the company has . so raju he called upon a meeting by board of directors before that and tried to buy maytas with that money . which he has used for other purposes already. when everyone ohjected this . he started talking with legal advisers and with the help of govt support . finally they decided to go this way as there is sebi rules if they themselves claim the yhave done wrong . there is no action fro msebi . so with the help of present govt this was well planned . | ||

sebi lo oka rule vundanta . seven years back govt amended. nuvvu kanuka tappu oppukunte , siksha vundadhu anta. ni anthatha nuvvu tappu chesan uani seppithe no siksha from sebi side. so no problems to raju fro msebi. | ||
