//good point...dats why i said a 10th class kurrod.....he is set to become a java programmer...dats his life ambition....for him there is no need to do any rhetoricial courses which most of us do.....

before joining in b.tech, do you know what a "engineer" means or does? mechanical, electronics, electricals etc. first year lo anni subjects pettedhi to let us understand various disciplines in engg. 2, 3rd years lo kooda ilaanti courses chaala untai...cocanada cheppinattu, anniti meedha interest undadhu. i too hated electronics/electrical subjects...ivanni traffic signals etla pani chestai etc anna knowledge isthadhi at the same time it helped ME decide what drives me...
maa father illu kaduthunnappudu nenu ikkada US lo unna MS chestu. he sent me plans of the building and started sayig elevation, facade etc... he did not do b.tech... aayana avi cheptuntey i could recollect what elevation was from my first year engg drawing course.
recent ga work lo kooda datawarehousing star schema etc ani edho discuss chestunnaru sr. members, immediately that struck a chord with me and i could chime in. |

H1 B meedha ee desam vacchenu. But thro company Wipro. So jeetham thakkuvainaa arnd 20 months vunnappudu eppudu dabbu kosam ibbandhi padaledhu.
Tharuvaatha oka staffing company lo serenu. shock of my life. 2 months bench with full salary(from Dec 10 to Feb 16) and then got a project for 10 weeks.
Apartment adigithe 1 year lease antaadu. pinal gaa 800 rent with addl fee of $50 pm to have a 2 month notice clause.
adrustavasaathu aa project got extended to 7 months. Kaani date maarinappudalla notice ivvatam vennakki theesukotam jarigindhi.
aa project tharuvaatha got anothe 6 months project. That one is continuing till date. arnd 11 years plus. madhyalao moved from H1 B to GC and pinally citizen
so H1 B kastaalu antu peddaga padaledane seppukocchu |

We compsci people got condtioned to thinking in our own way
masters lo kooda the courses are not much related to the market mama. Trust me, Java lo i developed an automated compiler generator( an application system that takes two level grammar for a language as input and generates a compiler for a language) as a part of course in masters, that was first time i worked in java, i have never written java code prior to that. I have never worked on any microsoft technology prior to joining this job. but in my current job i design systems which involve multiple platforms and languages, and it did not take much time to get abreast with these stuff.
Infact, naaku ikkada interview jariginappudu i have told them that i have no knowledge of microsoft technologies, but he said he is not worried about it, he will give me 3 to 4 months time. frankly, that is all i needed.
as long as we have our basics right, i think market lo survive avvatam pedha kashtam kaadhu, but if you want to beat the market you will need to put more effort.

syllabus upto date ante konchem kashtam anukuntunna. Comp sciences lo try cheyochu emo, Electronics lo ippudu chesevi direct ga engg lo pettaleru mama, they are way to advanced for a avg engg student to understand and be able to respond to market drives. Industry lo one or 2 years pani chesthe kaani they will not be able to grasp the subjects entirely. nenu Electronics base company lo pani chesthunnanu, i know alot of students who join here have strong basics, but valla ki complex systems ardham avvataniki oka 8 months paduthundhi, that too coz they have the basics right and they are making a sincere effort. i think that is the right way too.
