Idle_yzag:If he dont takes the Offer now nothing to loose except the new offer. But if decided to go premium it can have quick chain reaction started. its a dilemma to gracefully leave the offer or to try and invite unwanted worries

1) If the company filing h-1 is good premium processing should not be that big problem. 2)some states require 2 pay slips for h-1 processing .(latest) can be bi weekly tooo 3)premium is far better that regular as will be done on 1-2 weeks 4)company can hire u and u can start working for them once the receipt notice has been generated. 5)if its a good company and ur record is clean doesnt matter even if u on bench most likely ur premium will get approved. |

cousin is on h1b bench from last 4-5 months, he did not had any payslips for that bench period. Now he got one good fulltime offer. After contacting his existing employer, he gave just "1" payslip latest only. but New company is not satisfied with 1 payslip and suggesting for PREMIUM process (1,000 out of our pocket+normal fees by company paid) . so that RFE chances are less. ordinary processing not advisable ani told as any delay/deny will lead to still longggg 'out of status' issue. lawyer seriously said, "some status issue is there/everything looking not good". please give your suggestions as if the premium goes through he can join in 2 weeks, if any RFE comes then serious reply to them is needed (expediting DOL complaint etc ), since premium is applied, INS will quickly know about the 'status' issue and Soup will start.
