ragam, swaram cheppadam anedi practice to vachedi, aite antha chinna vayasulo cheppadam is a boon of god that very few are blessed with  on another note, having a good knowledge of music is an added advantage kaani its not compulsory to become a singer/musician...sometimes, one disadvantage of becoming an expert at classical music is u start singing with a classical tinge for even commercial songs - eg. unni krishnan and nitya sri mahadevan...great singers but vallu paade commercial film songs lo kooda classical tinge add aipotundi teliyakunda. voice quality and culture play the most important roles for any singer...SPB learnt his music only after coming into the industry and so did a few music directors... | ||
