that was what ratan tata complained with the media....he asked why people were killed inspite of wearing bullet proof vests... forget that even after years of terrorism we dont have a decent ambulance system...we always end up dragging dead people and injured like dogs iwthout proper stretchers and carrying them in autos.... its the failure of the infrastructure that is causing these and not just the police ....i am sure that many big hotels dont even conduct mock drills with exit routes placed strategically to guide people... | ||
