well ... as per the officials involved, who ever chose to speak to media anonymously ... there was news that some people are ferrying weapons in a pak based vessel ... so coastal guards were closely monitoring the pak vessels .. these people after reaching some where near to gujarat, hijacked an indian vessel and used it ... so it went unnoticed by coast guards, as they are on the look out for a pak vessel ... simple ... | ||
