Splenda doesnt contain this ingredient. It has sucralose and is considered safe. Equal and most others (i donot know which names) have this ingredient. Look at the packet to see ingredients. | ||

Equal and most others have Asparatam as ingredient - not safe Splenda contains Sucralose and is considered safe. | ||

Thammud....most artificial sweeteners have ingredient "Asparatame" which is very controversial. Idhi initial ga FDA approve seyyaledh...but after long time (i guess due to Lobbying and their reasoning is they didnt find consistent reports of adverse reactions) FDA approved the use of it is not proved harmful ani seppi allow chesaaru...but studies say that different people react different to this ingredient differently....regular use can cause frequent headaches... Once a while is ok.....if your body doesnt break this ingredient good enough then it will cause more issues.... Coke Zero gurinchi oka thed esinappud same seppanu...Coke zero has high content of asparatame. | ||
