That was RAIN RULE (modified version) in 1992 WC series. SA needs 13 balls : 22 RUNS. suddenly it became 1 ball: 22 RUNS: RULE WAS : least given runs can be removed from the total overs. 2 Maiden Overs unde, so they removed those MAIDEN OVERS and ZERO RUNS.
