Mr.Hyd The best bet for gas station is always the poor neighborhood. You dont earn much in selling gas, but the profit margin is almost 100% in the junk that you sell in gas station like sigarets, coca cola, chips, candies and what not. In rich neighbourhoods, people dont even enter into actual stores, they just get the gas from the pump and move on. Whereas in poor neighborhoods, they go inside and buy lots of junk food and junk items. ofcourse, poor neighborhoods lo, koncham risk kooda untadhi. | ||
