Rebel, Thanks. Kani one question. Even though it gets dark at 4:30pm in winter. we still sleep at 10 pm or so right? It does not mean that if we change clock our habits will change..I think people will use the lights etc...by looking outside the window and gauging the amount of light. Not sure if we need to change the clock | ||

it does accomplish three things, according to the U.S. Department of Transportation: * It saves energy.
