When I post, my point of view is confined to the right half of the posting box and am almost myopic to what happens on the left hand side for who care for the left side of things are bound to miss on the essential for want of the trivial. |

Naked_basket:This was a patent of a scientist called jeff hann and was bought by MS primarily for their surface computer. The concept though was first prototyped in the early 90's at MIT under the aegis of their project O2 which spawned the new paradigm of ubiquitous computing. Currently, CMU's HMI group and MIT's AI gruop are working on the next generation computing paradigms similar to the lines of Cloud computing that MS research has been indv trying to accomplish in the last couple of years.
