Thanks brothers. I tried black beans today. Its like Rajma. I would try lima beans and other stuff starting tomorrow. Whoami, I like natural diet than the powders. I would try to consume some soya. |

If ur okay with protein supplements -whey protein powder is very cool, make a smoothie. Also soy is a good protein for vegeterian guys. Beans & Legumes(Pappulu) also good source but carbs untayi. |
