Pavala : We know that the funds for ISRO are limited. So what you said might be thru in some departments. But It is def not the case for "Space & Rocket Projects" where in we really have cream and lot of NASA scientists are also showing interest. If we don't have the Tech Know How How can we launch satellites of our own and others also. Every one apart from US / Russia takes help from others. Most of the US knowhow is brought from Germany in the form of immigrants. SO this is a cyclical process. | ||

No that's not true. US has helped in providing some Know-How. It is carrying 4-5 instruments for different testes belong to different countries.Also NASA provided assistance before the Launch by providing finer points. People say many things to discount the due credit of Indian Space scientists. | ||
