week lo alternate days
1 hr cardio - 30 mins weights ( 30 mins elliptical - 30 mins thread mill - 15 mins one body part - inko 15 mins inko body part )
1 hrs wieghts - 30 mins cardio ( ninna chesina body parts kakunda migilanivi, oka vela repeat ayithe, different type of excercise for the same body part - 30 mins a different cardio equipment)

ila week lo 4 or 5 days chese vaadini.

naaku mountain bike undhi, weekends rojuko ganta bike esukoni oorlo thiragatam modhaletta...

this worked out great for me. weight 180 pounds ninchi 162 ki vachindhi.. in around 4 months

when i started, sunday night koorsoni next week diet plan sese vaadini.. i used to make sure, naaku nachina foods undevi dhaani lo, and also the foods i need. mellaga plan follow ayyaanu. ofcourse phiscal activity continue seyyaali. but as you keep up with physical activity after a while malli anni thinna it works out well.
