ravino babai, only cardio saripodhu babayi, continue with weights, change routines, try different routines on different days. dont let your body get used to any one type of routine. dont worry, weight loss okko body ki okko la untadhi, some ppl loose them in blocks, as loosing fat is entirely dependent on individual. just keep doing what you are doing. just change the routines. dont worry too much abt weight, endhukante muscle build ayye appudu kooda actual ga weight peruguthuntundhi, but in the long run your fat content will decrease. disappoint kakunda just keep enjoying what you are doing the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada |

Guruji, daily weight soosukotam maneyyi first....if you are serious. The initial 5-6 pounds that any one looses is the "water weight"...it is not the exact fat weight that you loose. Once all the water weight(non fat) is lost...it is not easy to loose from then on...it is from that point you need to work hard and be regular in your workouts. Try to burn atleast 500 cal a day and consume under 2000 cals a day....you will lose approx 3 pounds in a month....(after you lost initial water weight). Once your body gets used to your routine....it is not the same effect as you had initially...So keep changing the routine from beginer to next level...upgrade to next level.... |
