This whole moderation business is ridiculous...Moral Policing is never effective. You have no right to question the moderator as you yourself have posted abusive content several times. Before blaming some one put yourself in mods shoes and start looking at DB. its not possible to delete each and every post. No one has that much time/patience. Instead of suggesting so many things why dont you become a part of moderation team. You seem to have better idea about moderation than the current set of moderator. i can ask admin to provide you the details. and FYI.. if you see DB, there are no ad(s) in DB. you are contending that site owners should employ salaried moderators to do that job. Site owners are not making a single cent out of DB currently. You agree or not Moderation job is thankless. you should appreciate them for cleaning up the DB. some times there is err of judgement. instead of deleting a particular thread, they migh delete a wrong one in hurry. after all moderators are also human beings. imagine this DB with out moderators. appreciate the good things they are doing instead of ridiculing in every other way. think rationally not emotionally Thanks Moderator | ||

I don't see any reason why a lunch menu threads needs to get deleted. Initial ga naaku and other MODs ki kooda 'delete' access okkate undedhi. So oka saari threads delete chesthe we cannot get it back. Ila nenu oka thread ni oka time lo delete chesa accidentally instead of deleting just few posts. I felt bad about it. Aa time lo ADMIN mentioned about 'Moderator's Lounge' This is a separate section accessible only to ADMINs. Aa section ki naaku kooda access ivvamani adiga.... so that if there is an issue I can move the thread/posts to that section and ADMINs have time to review just in case if they have any questions on MODs judgment.
