First of all... DB moderation is a thank less job. Everyone has questions and complaints... but adi entha varaku genuine anedi chaala mandi aalochincharu. I don't want to take names... but I will put across some of my experiences. Mistake anedi... oka saari or rendu saarlu... at the max 3 times chesthaamu... but if we often do the same thing... then it is not a mistake... its a habit. So aa principle eppudu follow avutha...
