TN lo 25% , karnatakaa lo 18%, Orissa lo around 10% population speak telugu as their mother tongue. asalu 50 years back 3,4 telugu speaking states chesi vunte bagundedi. hindi ki 5,6 states vunnattu telugu ki kooda 3,4 states vundevi. |

emotional basis meedha seperation is foolish in this case. if the governance cannot handle a big state then it is a good reason, for seperation. but problem okati ayithe solution inkoti chesthunaaru..

Hyd and United AP gurinchi matladithe, the so called interest groups who demand for Hyd union territory , do not care much abot the Andhra setllers in NZB,Adilabad and Medak districts. I mean these settlers who have settled in telengana still feel they are culturally attached to their Andhra roots. Once the issue of Hyd dispute is settled , this section will be worst affected among everyothers.Hyd ivvamu ani Telengana ante United Andhra pradesh antaru ade Hyd UT ki ok chesthe Seperate state ivvataniki issue emi ledu ani.
Week lo osthundi ani mata varusaki anna bedar.. literally week ani kaadhu. I am from telengana too and I honestly i have mixed opinions on seperate state. naxal movement - how legitimate was this movement, anedhi evariki thelusu babai. there was no legislative process involved in the movement. it was more of a terror movement to scare ppl away from telangana. ilaanti movement backwardness of telangana gurinchi start ayyina nobody will ever consider it as a legitimate movement in the eyes of law. its a step in the wrong direction by some very like minded and exciting group of youth. i only wish these ppl were involved in a more lawful way of venting out there frustration. i am no way judging the individuals involved, i am only saying they could not gain anybody's confidence.

in my view, media did not play a role. media did not bring out the issues, ekkadaina problem unte migatha janalaki cheppedhi media. okka saari problem meedia lo paddaaka, janaalu will have an opinion about it. chiranjeevi cinema release ayithe enni box lu release ayyaayo ninchi, enni centers lo aaduthundho detailed ga raase media, anyaayala gurinchi adhe vidhanga coverage ichedhi kaadhu inthaku mundhu. most acclaimed journalists, covered politics, but not state affairs. in my view media, if it would have paid more interest in issues, it would have helped everybody. local news papers lo local problems rasthaaru, dhaani valla evariki ee vishayam thelidhu. krishna lo unna vadiki nalgonda lo neeti problem thelidhu, this type lack of exposure of telangana issues was the main reason for our politicians escaping this issue for so long.
please not that i am not blaming the media for problems or issues, i am only pointing out that media could have helped the situations ani.

Telugu Ganga Project Office is in Hyderabad - Rayalaseema ki chendina project....definetly the office will be shifted to the new capital....
alaage State govt lo 70% of the workforce will be shifted to the new capital....

Small states always welcome because they help in decentralization...However the reason for creation of a separate state should not be CULTURAL DIFFERENCES, OR BACKWARDNESS OF A REGION.
The power of the state should percolate to the local bodies i.e. gram panchayat and muncipal corporations..and the State govt should only play a monitoring role.....Appudu all problems will be solved...... |
