Idigo nenu rasina review, idey first time edanna music review cheyyatam nenu, chadivi cheppu elagundo Dil Ka Rishta Em pata samy idi, too much vundi, only Rahman can do this nobody else, wonderful orchestration and awesome composition. Roopkumar Rathod's initial classical bit is one of the best in recent times, musicians like Pritam, Himesh look towards Pakistan to bring that added classical feel to their songs, what they don't relaize is the fact that we have absolutely brilliant singers here in our land itself who can deliver 1000 times better than those nasal voice kings from Pakistan. What a song this is, its fusion of Western and Indian Classical. Lsiten to this and you see what difference can Rahman bring to a album. Manmohini Morey Never heard this singer / never cared about his voice before. He has a wonderful strength that is his voice, he had sang the highs and lows of this song so well that you tend to feel that where this lad is hiding for so many days. That is what Rahman can do to you, he is pretty good at spotting talent in a singer and making him feel at ease when he is singing for him, he gives infinite amount of freedom period Mastam Mastam A very peppy song with peppy lyrics, Gulzar is at his best in this song. I didn't like the "Hey" in the chorus, its just a bit that Rahman cut and pasted from his old song from the movie Lakeer sung by Viva (Channel V's talent hunt winners) Cheerleading song Rozana Zamana. I think this song is similar to Akadam Bakadam from Tare Zameen Par. But Rahman sprinkled melody all over it with good orchestration that makes it worth a listen. Its a situational song, and it sounds best seen and not just heard. Meri Dost Hain Initial open throated Ohh... hooked me to this song, i saw this promo of this song, its again a master piece by Mozart of Madras. Listen to it I am sure you will hit repeat button. And I am sure its going to be the most played song in my Nano. Shreya Ghosal's voice is so silky and sweet that you want her to continue singing this song. Rahman added is own mesmerizing voice to this exceptional song, the second anthara changes its tempo and it is seamless and that is why he is Rahman, he keeps you guessing through out. Shano Shano - Remix and original Remix somehow I don’t like this concept of mixing your own song, may be to keep away those number of Akbar sami's at bay in ruining your song with stupid improvisations :-).... With this song he introduced a new Rap singer usually Rahman always use Blaze to do his Rap numbers, it shows that he is moving away from the regular expectations of the audience. Sonu Nigam got one more song in this album which is rare for Rahman, I wish he use Hariharan for a soft romantic number in near future, I miss him a lot especially in his albums. The beat is very innovative, after a long time I think he has used the same singer who has sung Zumbalika from Takshak, she was awesome in the middle. Sunaina stunning voice adds that extra feel to it in the middle of the stanza... Sonu at his bet again. (I am writing this review while listening to the songs that's why I am talking about the singers a lot...). You will love this song if you loved Fana from Yuva. Tu Muskura Another master composition, I was wondering what happened to Subhash Ghai's trade mark melodious songs and here I got it. Lyrics are at its best, I like the way Gulzar plays with the words yet the same time bring a subtle philosophy. Javed Ali he is another guy who got immense talent but not used so much by the bollywood music directors. If you like is voice in Jashne Bahara you will love him here. Alka Yagnik she always try to add subtle variations to Rahman's compositions. Javed Ali singing the classical swaram adds a fresh layer to this musical number. Zindagi Ah... one of the most favorite song in this album for me, I like the laid back singing of Srinivas, I like this guy a lot his voice has the feel of SPB gari's melody and Hariharan's harkaths. I became a fan of his voice after I heard his song from 1947 Earth ( Yeh Jo Zindagi Hai ). Its a sad song, Gulzar is at his supreme best in this number, the lyrics reminds me of Mera Jeevan Kora Kagaz (talking about the lyrics). A pronunciation issue though "Zulfi Zulfi hai" (listen to this bit you will know what I mean). I don't think I will rate this album yet, It will be a good idea to see the movie and then rate the success of this album, we know what difference can Subhash Ghai can bring to the picturization of songs. | ||

OVERALL, Sensational, excellent, mindblowing album...7 songs lo 4 songs are great, 1 song is excellent,1 is exceptional...best of Rahman after Taal (in hindi)...music is going to be a smashing hit...another national award for Rahman...movie baga adithe 50% credit goes to the music... mind blowing, awesome..
