Next time .. 'Meera' ani shikakai powder (Kunkudu kaya powder) try cheddam anukuntunna ..! Also coconut oil should help .. I am trying to find 'Ayur' again .. but ekkada dorakadam ledu ! ee topic meeda saanaa research chesinaa. hair fall is primarily because of loosened hair follicles inside the skin. there are again two types of this, the follicle may still be there under the skin and the protein strands, which is the hair may be brittle and thus breaks away and does not re-grow or the follicle itself comes off the skin. in either ways what you have to check for are: 1) other parts of body hair like arm-pits, beards, chest hair, is the hair normal or you feel any difference? if differing, it is hormones problem. 2) nails on fingers and toes, if appear weak, not dark pink, mostly brittle as of recently, loss of proteins in the body. take lots and lots and lots of proteins, zinc and other minerals, keep base minerals away (tomatoes, spinach, brinjal and other calcium elements like excessive milk). egg and fish are best for ultimate count of proteins. 3) follicles fall off because of bad skin also, use good shampoos and techniques suggested by others. yours certainly seems to be third kind. consult dermatologist for specific treatment plans. | ||

Milkymouse, for dandruff problem selsun blue is the best..first 10 days, head bath daily with selsun...after that twice a week shud do it.. Reg your hair fall problem, using a good hair conditioner (rich of protein) after shampooing ur hair helps a lot...try it.. | ||

mikky, how often do you take head bath, switch to lesser chemically enhanced shampoo. like vatika for a while and reduce the number of times you take head bath. chala mandhi dry scalp ni dandruff tho confuse avuthaaru. actually india lo manaki moisture ekkuva untadhi and frequently apply hair oil too, so ikkadiki vachaaka avi climate change and oil thakkuva apply cheyatam valla we will start having dry scalp, and when you use dandruff or chemicall strong shampoos, it will only increase the dry scalp problem. one of the solutions is apply hair oil the night before you are going to take head bath for a while it will help the dry scalp problem. the world of appearances may or may not be real, or both may and may not be real - or may be indescribable; or may be real and indescribable, or unreal and indescribable; or in the end may be read and unreal and indescribable - its all Syadvada | ||
