Elca, Chaala manchiga raasinavu (nee opika ku salam).. Replace that flipper with a normal spinner..because traditional spinners like Bedi/Chandra/Venkat/Prasanna were the order of the day then..flippers vese anthe scene only Chandra ki undedi..that too (you know why).. | ||

Movie title KAPIL annattu......movie starts  Dark screen with only sounds of claps and cheers ....like in a sports arena.... CCDB Movies.... (ippudu visuals)....aerial shots of a cricket ground...A beaten ground...with no grass on the outfield....oka typical school cricket ground laaga annattu.... A Spin bowler on the run up and deliver a flipper....rushes onto the batsman beats the batsman and rattles the stumps.... (Screen goes DARK) EL Presents..... (Visuals appear again)....After the fall of dat wicket the focus shifts to two elderly people on boundary lines....one of them signals to the team...A Tall Dark skinny dude in his TEENs starts walking towards the Pitch....He collects the bat and the guard from the guy who was just OUT ..... He runs towards the crease...takes guard and he looks towards the SKY and he prays for 2 seconds.... Slight banter behind the stumps from the fielders....heckling.... KAPIL is facing the first ball...again a flipper but its slightly Shot of length this time....Kapil lifts his left leg and Pulls to Square Leg for a 4...(the style which will become famous later in the movie).... The Next ball is full in length and Kapil stands and lofts and it over mid on for a 6.... Few more quick shots like dat and the camera captures the two elder guys on the pavilion... First one____ Yeh tho bowler hain na??? Second one____waise hi likha hain....Kya patha ....India ko ek asli all rounder Milne vala hain?? The innings ends....Kapil is recieved with warm cheers from his team mates... and the shot cuts to a KITCHEN....fullu busy busy ga untaadhi lopala...it looks like a Kitchen in a hostel canteen..... One guy enters and yells "Roti hogayan kya?" And he collects this use Plate full of roties and he leaves the Kitchen..... and he enters the Dining Area...All the cricketers sitting on wooden benches...and he starts placing THREE rotis in each guys plate..... And when he passes one guy he hears this voice KAPIL____"Mujhe aur dho Chahiyen" listening to this the guy with the Roti plate gives him a puzzled look...... KAPIL___"Main Fast bowler hoon bhaiyya...Zyaadha mehnath karna padtha hain" Listening to this the guy serving Roti...and the guys holding the containers of dhaal and chawal burst into sarcastic laughter....and they respond "Beta......extra Roti kaavalantey adugu...anthey kaani India lo Fast bowlers antoo kamedy seyyaku (translate into hindi Kapil gets offended wants to respond but he is stopped from doing so by his teammates..... ANd the shot cuts to the cricket ground again.... its the kapils team turn to bowl now...the fielders take their position.... Kapil takes the ball and walks for a LONG run up....The batsman gives a strange look ..... And now kapil runs with his inimitable bowling style and delivers a bouncer....it zooms past the ear of the batsman making a whizzing sound.... The camera captures the fear and concern in the eyes of the batsman..... He signals to the pavilion for a helmet...But they dont have any helmets as they r not used to wearing it in low imp domestic games...so the umpire speaks to Kapil explaining him not to bowl bouncers as the batsman isnt equipped to protect himself..... Second ball...Kapil lunges and bowls a shot of length on the leg side and it comes at a awkward bounce for the batsman and it hits him on the ribs.... Cheers from Kapils teammates....And the SHOT CARTURES THE DINING SERVICE TEAM SMOKING BEEDIS ...STANDING ON THE BOUNDARY LINE....THERE MOUTHS ARE WIDE OPEN SEEING THE INTENSITY AND THE PACE IN THE BOWLING OF THIS LANKY BOWLER.... The camera then focuses on the two elderly people they are taking on notes on something and they seem very excited..... First guy_____"Fast Bowler aur all rounder???" Second guy____"BHAGVAN JAB BHI DETA HAI CHAPER PHAR KE DETA HAI" Third ball.... (NOW RAHMAN BG STARTS....) The camera clearly captures each and every move of Kapils run up(slow motion)...The way he closes the face of the ball.....And the way he jumps while delivering it ........ Its a Yorker this time.....it beats the batsman with sheer pace and it hits the base of the stumps.... You have THREE stumps and TWO bails right.....so u have five objects...they all fly in air with the impact of the ball.....The screen goes black with only these five objects captured...these five objects turn into 5 letters K A P I L titles start rolling..... Visuals appear and the scene shifts to Dining Hall again.... The roti SERVER appears in frame....carefully counting and placing three rotis in each plate..... He reaches in guy....COUNTS THREE ROTIS....AND THEN HE TAKES TWO MORE...AND PLACES IT IN THE PLATE..... looking at 5 rotis KAPIL LOOKS UP TO THE GUY AND SMILES...... (Howzz the starting scene??? | ||
