usa address will be printed in passport based on the number of years u stayed in us. my bet is give usa address anyhow it will be just for 10 years, so even if u r not planning to leave here atleast u will have current address for your immediate need. after 10 years if u r in india at that time u can give india address then. | ||

address to be printed on passport should always be INDIAN PERMENANT ADDRESS..the online form asks for another address..US address needs to be written there..it doesnt show up in passport though | ||

Not required, because you have to carry your old passport ALL THE TIME along with your new passport. Good, then No worries. you choose what address to provide. it does not matter which address you give. i did it twice: once i gave permanent address in india and once address in NJ. the issuing people never care what we are writing there...and the passports are issued with the address that i mentioned. bottom line...ultimate business | ||

I know the reason. see YOU ARE TRYING TO GIVE A ADDRESS where YOU ARE NOT RELATED. They cant print 1 usa address and send to another usa address.
