Thanks a lot Mclovin Sir !!!! Initially i thought UK work visa is also similar to our US H1B Visa.....employer sponser visa only......but my cousin told me that UK will also have HSMP Visa..which employee can directly apply for UK work visa... So what i came to know from your information is........its very easy to get employer sponsered Visa but directly applying HSMP HAS LOT MORE Advantages like he can start a company on his own.... Ika tier2 ante.. unnaremo.. but UK employer gaadu sponser cheyyaali ante shaanaa talent undaale.. Advantages: UK Employer sponsor cheste one week lo ostadi visa stamp and he will bear all the expenses. Adhe manam self gaa HSMP apply cheste aa application process ki paisal maname pettukovaale.. around 1000$.. and it will take time.. around 4 to 16 weeks.. Employer sponsor ki VISA stamp veeji gaa ostadi and in very short time. ade advantage.. but HSMP thru pothe evvanki vadthe vaanki panjeskovachhu.. Bottomline: If your cousin can get a sponsorer go with that employer and once land in UK, apply for HSMP.. set matter In this db, there's always someone watching you!!  | ||

Guys, I have a small QUESTION Here My cousin wants to go to UK to work there 1) Tier 1 VISA....Which is HSMP 2) Employer Sponsered Tier 2 Visa ....Just like US H1B Visa If people in india can directly go to UK on HSMP Tier 1 Visa......and can work for any employer in UK......Who will prefer Tier 2 Visa (Employer sponsered Visa) Any advantages for Employer sponsered visa for a candidate in India... Please shares your experiences...... |
