Eat what ever we like in limited , most important our body should enjoy and reap the results. - Taking fresh Air and Exercise - Drinking plenty of Water and Good Fluids - Socializing and Maintain good Family and social relations (not just with selfish motives) - Optimum Stress and Sincerity, Humour towards life (not seriousness) - Good & Nutritive Eating Habits - Good Life style habits in sync with Environment and Nature - Last but not least Developing Good Character and Live naturally with GOD

BMI doesnt say you are healthy or not..it is only an indicator .... It doesnt say where your fat is stored in the body...Some people may have it stored in Thighs...buttocks or abdomin. Person who has fat stored in abdomin has high risk than other two.....but your BMI doesnt specify that. Also weight depends on whether the body majority fat weight or muscle weight..Muscle weighs more than fat...So a person with good muscle weight seems to be having bad BMI but he is healthy and vice versa..... >>> kkd ezzatly that is what i said here. annai...inthaku mundhu emi details ichano telvad kaani...this is basic info...it might not be most accurate but will be close and you can estimate accordingly 1 )One cup of Cooked rice (around 150 g) - 205 cals, Carbs around 50 g 2 ) 1 Roti/Chapathi has around 60 cals and low carbs 10 g 3) Normal Beans or veggie curries 1 cup or serving has less than 250 cals but they have good source of protein. 4 ) Dal 1 cup without any oil has around 200 cals and 18g of protein. Inka snacks like samosa,pakodi,bajji etc are high in cals....say around 150 cals for 1 samosa or may be more depending on size. non veg and biryani are good source proteins but high in cals. |

Dietitian course nuvvu eppudu sesaavu? Whatever I'm providing here are from a Certified Dietitian. And 2000 Calories are for my wife. In fact Indian working Women burn more calories at home than a typical Indian men. (Just my opinion... and in my case it is true) You must be the change you wish to see in the world
