Today everyone is questioning Ganguly's presence, Sachin and Dravid know how well youngsters like Rohit/Raina/Badri/Virat r doing. But they r unwilling to step down adi difference antunna --- ok bro nenu ...he had to retire so he retired anutnna anthey....you can associate situation of indian pace attak at that time and see his action as good....no arguments on that..... coming to top three retiring.....DADA is due retirement andulo doubt ledhu...Rahul is one yr away i think.....Sachin.....what can i say ...but defenitely....not ready as DADA to retire anukunta....we can easily cope DADA's retirement.....not all of them without much gap.....just because.....guys like yuvi...didnt step up.....Rohit eeroju baaga kottadu.....he as 6th batsman instead of DADA would be purely....a sporting decision.....but if a Captain is so dumb...what can anyone do......Kumble wanting seniors only..shows how incapable captain he is....when does he take the challenge of leading a future team.....he is just a stop-gap arrangement and proving to be a coslty one...dont go by one or two successes here and there...but overall....seniors has lost respect of real sport lovers sometime back....... | ||

first do u think he retired gracefully after WC 2003?..when compared to Kumble/Dada/Pottodu and Dravid --- no comparsion brother....levels lo so much difference...... Srinath level cricketer ki gracefull thokka emi undadhu (no disrespect for him)....a fast bowler has shelf life......12 yrs is long.....so he had to retire...no choice.......indulo graceful emundhi...... ok lets talk in your tone.....because there was scaricity of fast bowlers then...srinath would have continued and no one would have objected.....but he retired.....retire ayyadu kabatti....great anatam bagoledhu....... one thing i agree though......he didnt hang in like the three you named.....but all of those are batsmen.....they have longer careers than fast bowlers dont you think? let me say what i think about DADA's selection..... If I'm a selector.....i wouldnt select him......if i had to select...i would tell him.....prepare your exit.....and go....if he doesnt retire...then dont select him after this series..... but retiring unwantedly....doesnt make them cheap....viv richards didnt even get a chance to retire properly........some get it right......and some even great players get it wrong........ but in levels of comparsion.....Srinath doesn't even compare to what the three you named contributed to cricket..... | ||

After India was trashed in the finals the players came back as heroes..aa time lo he announced his retirement. --- brother.....nuvvey cheppavu....he retired before ani.....what's news in him retiring again? without support annav....kontha mera bagundhi......but his own abilities are limited......antunna.....nothing against him.....he gave 120% but he deosn't have that extra bit in him.......a burst of wickets to change a match in a session......etc...etc..... service chesadu anu kadhu ananu...he did all the donkey work for us before the ball goes old and Kumble do his magic.......good team man......and may be a very good person outside (this is irrevalant anyway)......... | ||

The reason why we didn't see this.... Before this Fab4, it was very long time when we was star players.... may be srikanth,vengy,ravi,kapil etc guys... in between there were lot of players.. none of them are stars except azzhu bhai, jaddu bhai etc... but there career ended in thier expected way... as said, koddo goppo star status unnavaadu javagal srinath.. Ganguly is the only star player after azzhu bhai.... so he deserves a graceful exit. | ||

He retired once..when he was pretty much in good shape , Dada brought him back from retirement for the ICC champions trophy in SL. After WC 2003 where he bowled beautifully he could easily have carried on till India's historic tour to Aus in 2004.He did'nt want young pacers like pathan to go through what he had gone through ,he wasted his best yrs as a bowler caryying drinks and waiting for Kapil to retire | ||
