rice maanesthey just desperate avthaav. adi mana staple food, 4 days lenicho, jhihwa taha-tahalaadunu. anthey!!! proteins best in egg, milk, curries. eat little rice and more curries. that'll compensate. |

thammud...rice maneyyakarledh...lunch lo brown rice setting sesuko..donot eat Rice with curries...Eat Curries with Side rice. or easy ga vegetables mostly beans,carrot etc rice lo esi masala esi vanduko brown rice....make sure vegetables dominate. Daily definite some kind of Dal undettattu setting sesuko....Masoor chana toor and what not..... Healthy mix nuts dabba okati desk daggara ettuko....walnts,pisthachio,cashew and some other nuts combo adhi....low in cholestral. Planters brand lo dorukuddi.
