Yes....if you find a desperate seller...you will get a good deal or a resonable deal....cash vundi investment kosasm choostunte ...better to buy it. Prasthutham Buy and Sell rendu almost frozen...unless some one is desperate in need of cash is selling....We found one recently and got a reasonable deal in the current trends...If you leave it alone for 3-4 years...you will get good returns...place ekkada ??
