not must 2 have two pay stubs..the new company should file his h1b..and in the processing time this guy should get job and should have paystubs..query..he will submit paystubs..case close | ||

I agree. You need latest paystubs. But sometimes 1-2 months old pay stubs should suffice. Naaku same case. July lo apply chesaaru with May paystub | ||

Brothers my friend is on H1 and on bench for 3 months and he wants to transfer his H1 to new desi company. Deos he require latest paystub? He doesn't have good terms with his current employer. Please let me know if there is a way to get out of this situation. Does INS really keen in looking latest paystub? Thanks in advance |
