even lawyer told me it wont work doing replacement and they do more queries, unncessary headache, wait for one-two months, if you still dont get, call again INS asking the status of mail(for records) then forget it...(depending upon priority dates of yours) apply 90 days before your wife's Ead expiry date u should be fine... again depending upon status, AC-20 approval deadline, chances of you moving a job etc apply ead | ||

Gotcha "does it take as long as the new one or this duplicate one will be shorter to get?" My assumption is 2 weeks.... Let me tell my experience. I applied for my Advance Parole, than noticed that the names I entered in application form were spelled wrong. I called National Service center and they opened a service request. But not much happened and mean time Advance parole approved and got them. Than some one told me and I directly called TSC, they sent corrected Advance Paroles in 1 week. For EAD, you can also take Infopass and go to Field Office and go! Go with your Approval Notice and tell them you did not get the CARD. This is also a good solution... | ||

yes when i called they said to reapply but i see there is a provison called replacement card for lost cards, aa category lo apply cheyavachu emo. | ||

Gotcha Call the service center where you applied in POJ Method (say you applied in TEXAS SERVICE CENTER, call them using this POJ Method), tell them the case is approved but CARD has not arrived. They will send duplicate Card.... | ||

my ead is approved but its been 2 weeks and i did not recieve it. looks like it was lost in mail. my wife got hers.what are my options. shall i be applying for replacement of ead as it is lost or apply for new one. elagaina malli dabbulu katti apply cheyali like a new one antunaru. any insgight is appreciated. it took 36 days for ead recipt and approval, so inko 30 days agalsindena? |
