Having known the culture of both and having worked for one of the 2 firms, on the tech front there will be a huge culture clash between the Lehman and Barclays. Barclays used to take lot of pride in saying that they are pioneer sin using Microsoft servers even for real time mission critical apps. | ||

Barclays have hired all the employees for 90 days while they figure out which ones to keep, my friend told, barclays offered 90 day employemnt letter to all emps, they are interviewing all the employees and will decide which ones to keep, he had offers from JP Morgan but wanted to stay with barclays as they have better pay package |
