i neglected having breakfast for the last 3-4 yrs ...on and off ga konni rojulu tinevadini but mostly no breakfast just coffee tho sari pettukunevadini..it does have a negative efect..u r stomach bloats and u end up having a pot belly and bad apettite...always have breakfast and u will see a lot of difference...these day i am eating atleast a cup of cereals and my appetite is now back to normal..feels better

Breakfast naku cereals antha istham ledu, so nenu roju oka roti + Nutela spread tho tintunna, plus glass milk with complan / horlicks, prasantham ga vundi life ippudu, lunch edo koncham light ga with one box and night 3 chapatis, perugu annam + fruits.

Sayanthram snacks sometime fruits, murukulu, chekkalu, sometimes any sweet, and nuts and raisins oka guppedu

almost 12 hours you donot eat anything after your dinner (most of the time)...So early morning break fast is very important to boost metabolism.

thammud...break fast ki lite ga carbs padali...try eating Cheerios (General mills) or oats...if possibl. or atleast idli.

Your snack menu if it is a daily routine then it is bad....try nut mix for snack and then samosa/muruku,boondi occasionally...

KKD advise meeda lunch and dinner reverse chesa. Inthaka mundu light lunch teesukuni dinner heavy ga kummevadini. Ippudu lunch ki two boxes. Oka dantlo edo oka koora, rendo dantlo Perugu + some pickle. Dinner ki only 3 chapathis + fruits.
